If your violation is under FMCSA, review your Clearinghouse record and designate a SAP there. The SAP reports specified RTD milestones; the employer reports the qualifying RTD test and completion of follow-up testing. A SAP does not upload your treatment plan to the Clearinghouse.

Know your DOT mode, if possible.
For FMCSA, check whether you can access your Clearinghouse account.
Have your employer or DER contact information available for the secure intake process.
Do not put test reports or sensitive health details into the public chatbot.

Bus and transit roles may be subject to FTA or another applicable testing program. Working for a transit organization does not make every role covered.

FAA and FRA have agency-specific requirements. Their employees should not assume the FMCSA Clearinghouse applies.

Some safety-sensitive pipeline work falls under PHMSA rules. Ask your DER which DOT program governs your role.
